These Terms govern your use of OmniStrat AI: the Router, the Quant Terminal, the Openworld, the OmniStrat Passport, the marketing site at omnistrat.ai, and any related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and at least 18 (or your local age of majority) to subscribe to a paid plan. You must use the Service for lawful purposes only. If your jurisdiction prohibits using foreign-hosted technology services, do not use the Service.

2. Your account

One Passport identifies one person. You are responsible for keeping your password and any provider keys you bring to the Router (BYOK) confidential. You must promptly tell us at security@omnistrat.ai if you suspect your account is compromised. We will not be liable for losses incurred from unauthorized access that you could have prevented with normal account hygiene.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to:

• Build or train weapons, surveillance against individuals, or systems intended to deceive at scale.
• Generate or distribute content depicting the sexual abuse of minors.
• Generate non-consensual intimate imagery of real people.
• Run market manipulation schemes through the Quant Terminal. Pump-and-dump, wash trading, layering, and similar are prohibited regardless of your local regulatory framework.
• Bypass the rate limits, the cost caps, the audit chain, or any other safety feature.
• Resell access to the Service in a way that doesn't comply with Section 9 below.

If we find a customer materially violating these rules we will suspend the account, attempt to contact you, and (in cases of imminent harm) report to the relevant authority.

4. The Router and AI providers

The Router brokers requests to upstream AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, AWS, Cloudflare Workers AI, and others). You agree to each provider's acceptable-use policy when you route to them. We surface those policies in our docs. If a provider rejects your request, the Router will surface the rejection. We do not bypass provider safety systems.

5. Quant Terminal and the markets

The Quant Terminal is not your broker and is not your financial advisor. We provide tooling. Your broker executes your trades. You are solely responsible for every order you submit. Strategy backtests are historical and do not predict future returns. Past performance is not indicative of future results. If you are uncertain about a strategy, paper-trade it first.

6. The Openworld

The Openworld is a creative work. Characters, events, and dialogue draw on historical and theological themes but are fiction. NPC dialogue is generated by AI within a carefully constrained system prompt; we do not represent that any in-game theological claim is accurate to any particular tradition. Your in-game choices have in-game consequences but do not affect your standing in any real-world institution. Multiplayer interactions are moderated; harassment of other players is a basis for suspension.

7. Subscriptions, billing, refunds

Paid plans are charged in advance, monthly or annually, in US dollars. Annual plans receive a discount in lieu of two months of payments. We do not auto-upgrade your plan. We do auto-renew at the same tier unless you cancel before the renewal date through your Passport's billing portal.

Refunds. We will refund a charge made in the last 30 days if you ask and have not used materially more than 10% of the included usage. Story Mode purchases are refundable within 14 days if you have not completed the campaign. Cathedral contracts are governed by their own MSA.

Price changes. If we raise prices, current subscribers keep their existing rate until their next renewal. We will email at least 30 days before any price change.

8. Service availability

We target 99.99% uptime for paid plans. Magisterium and Cathedral plans include contractual service-level credits. Free or trial use is provided as-is. Maintenance windows are announced via the status page when possible.

9. Resale, embedding, and BYOK

You may build products that route through your OmniStrat Router instance. You may not resell raw Router access to third parties without a separate agreement (this is a Cathedral conversation). You may bring your own provider keys (BYOK). The Router never holds plaintext BYOK secrets at rest; only the wrapped ciphertext.

10. Intellectual property

OmniStrat AI and all related software, branding, designs, and assets remain our property. You retain ownership of your prompts, your trades, your save data, and any content you upload. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to process that content as necessary to provide the Service to you.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent allowed by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service is free of viruses.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US$100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. If you are a consumer in the EU/UK, mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction supplements these Terms.

14. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that we are required by law to suspend, or after a sustained period of non-use of a paid account that we have failed to reach for billing updates.

15. Changes to these Terms

If we change these Terms in a way that materially affects your rights, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Other changes may be made without notice. The current version of the Terms is always at this URL.
